We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address and any phone number you supply. We also collect device identifiers, settings, connection records, notification tokens and readings from connected devices. Depending on the device and features used, this may include location data.
We use this information to operate your account, display and monitor your devices, send notifications, provide support, manage subscriptions and renewals, and maintain the security of the service.
We use service providers to support hosting, notifications and payments, including Google Firebase, Apple, Google Play and Stripe. Relevant information may also be shared with SIM connectivity providers to deliver or renew device services. Providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments are processed by Apple, Google Play or Stripe. We receive purchase information needed to manage your services, but do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing imatedevices@gmail.com. 

Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
