These terms apply to iMate Devices, operated by [iMate Ltd]. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account and devices
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and using only devices you own or have permission to access. You must not use the service for unlawful monitoring, tracking or other unlawful purposes.

Free and Premium services
Free accounts may own up to three devices. iMate Premium provides additional app features and allows more devices. Premium is separate from individual device SIM and monitoring renewals.

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google Play. The applicable price, billing period and any trial offer are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. Trial eligibility is determined by the store.

Device renewals
Device SIM and monitoring service renewal costs NZ$99 for four years, as shown at checkout. Renewals are one-time payments. If service is still active, four years are added to its current paid-until date. If it has expired, the new four-year period starts when payment is completed. Connectivity remains subject to provider availability and network coverage.

Availability and alerts
Device readings, locations and notifications depend on factors including device power, configuration, network coverage and third-party services. They may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. iMate Devices is not an emergency response service and should not be your sole means of protecting people or property.

Payments and refunds
For billing or service problems, contact imatedevices@gmail.com. Apple and Google Play purchases are also subject to the relevant store’s refund procedures. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Suspension and changes
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or unpaid services. We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand consumer law.
